Phyllis Emily Mosman (married name Cliff) was born in 1892 in Bellingen, New South Wales, Australia, the daughter of Ellen Eliza Mosman and George Burnett Mosman.[1]
She married Claude Septimus Cliff.[1] Their children were:[2]

Phyllis died on 30 January 1989 in Mosman, New South Wales, aged 96.[1][2][3]
