Biography
Dela (Mosley) Carney is a part of US Black heritage.
When Cordelia Mosley was born in May 1878, in Dover, Kent, Delaware, United States, her father, John M Mosley, was 41 and her mother, Elizabeth Johnson, was 35. She had at least 7 sons and 7 daughters with Robert James Carney.
In the 1880 census Dela (age 1), At Home, was the daughter of John M. Mosely in Dover, Kent, Delaware, United States.[1]
In the 1910 census Delia (age 33) was the wife of Robert J Carney in Representative District 5, Kent, Delaware, United States.[2]
In the 1930 census Deliah (age 50) was the wife of Robert J Carney in District 03, Kent, Delaware, United States.[3]
She died in 1935, at the age of 57, and was buried in Fork Branch Church Cemetery, Dover, Kent, Delaware, United States.
