Biography

Birth and Baptism
Marie Therese Morin was born on 27 May 1743 and was baptized at La Conception de la Sainte Vierge ala Pointe-Olivier.[1] She was the daughter of Mathieu Morin and Marie Thérèse Riquere.

Marriage
Jean Bourseau dit Deslauriers and Marie Therese Morin were married on 8 Jan 1759 at Saint-Olivier, Canada, Nouvelle-France.[2] Note: Saint-Olivier, also know as Conception-de-la-Pointe-Olivier, Conception de Pointe-Olivier, Conception de la Sainte-Vierge, Pointe-Olivier, was a separate chapel at Point-Olivier in the parish of Saint-Chambly. Records of birth, marriages, and sepultures at the chapel were recorded in the Saint-Chambly parish register. They are often difficult to find.

Second Marriage
Jean Baptiste Sans Soucy and Therese Morin, widow of Jean Baptiste Brousseaut, were married on 5 Aug 1771 in Chambly, Province de Québec. [3] It is likely that the marriage was held in the Pointe-Olivier Chapel as Therese Morin was listed as living in Pointe-Olivier.

Third Marriage
François Charles Aubry and Therese Morin, widow of Jean Baptiste Langlois dit Sans Soucy, were married on 6 Aug 1787 at Notre-Dame de Montreal, Province de Québec.

Death and Burial
Therese Morin, widow of François Aubré, died on 12 Mar 1816 and was buried on 14 Mar 1816 at Saint-Mathias de Pointe-Olivier, Bas-Canada.[4]
