Biography
William Hunt Morgan was born on Feb. 1, 1848 in Monroe County, Tennessee to Amaziah Morgan and Irena (Hunt) Morgan
He married Delphina Frances "Della" Smith on Aug. 15, 1878 in Monroe Co., Tennessee.[1]
Together they became the parents of twins Dennis Powell Morgan and John Franklin "Frank" Morgan, Thomas Elsworth Morgan, Pryor Nebraska Morgan, Theresa Irene "Thursie" (Morgan) Eubanks, Troy Elroy Finley Morgan, Lizzie Urden (Morgan) Arbuckle, and Ira Amon Morgan.
Between 1885 and 1887, the family migrated from Tennessee to Comanche Co., Texas.[2]
William passed away on July 15, 1918 in Gustine, Comanche Co., Texas and was buried at Energy Cemetery in Comanche County, Texas.[3]
