William Morgan Sr. was a North Carolina colonist.

The Morgan family were Quakers of Welsh descent that settled in Maryland, who were one of the first families to settle in what would become Perquimans County, North Carolina. William's parents, James Morgan and Jean Knea, were married on 12 Oct 1673 in Berkeley, Maryland.[1]
