Senior Master Sgt Warren Morgan, of Brooks Air Force Base was elected Vice-President of the Noncommissioned Officers Association of the US in 1961. ^[6][1]. Here is another clipping from the Shreveport paper, which states he is from Hayleville and his sister is Mrs. J. H. Heard.^[7]
