Birth and Parents: Phillip David Morgan was born on 15 January 1964 in Clinch County, Georgia, United States.^[1][2] His parents were Talmadge David Morgan and Corrine (Calhoun) Morgan (1941 - 2015).

He was mentioned in his mother's obituary when she died in 2015 as having predeceased her.^[3]
