Biography

Jim was born in Millom, Cumberland one of eight children born to William George Morgan and Jane (Johnson) Morgan. His birth was registered in the Jan-Feb-Mar quarter of 1887 in the Bootle district.^[1]

James's marriage to Mary Porter was registered in the Jan-Feb-Mar quarter of 1911 in the Bootle district.^[2] They had four children.
