Biography

Bacilia Moreno was born on 14 June 1932 in Weslaco, Texas to Guadalupe Moreno and Maria Gonzalez. She married Andres Salinas on 4 April 1956 in Hidalgo County, Texas.[1] Bacilia died on 30 May 2006 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas.[2]
