He immigrated in 1882. He was also known as Thomas Morrow. He and Valentine Ouellette appeared on the census of 1 Jun 1900 at Bosworth Street, Old Town, Penobscot, Maine. Thomas a saw mill laborer, Valentine had 4 of 5 children living in 1900 -- District 119. He was a farmer. He and Narcisse Moreau appeared on the census of 1920 at Cram Street, Bradley, Penobscot, Maine. Narcisse listed as a brother of Thomas and was boarding.
His obituary was published as follows:
Chrysostom Moreau passed away at his home Christmas day, after a long illness Besides his wife, he leaves one daughter. Mrs Andrew J Gallant of Bradley. two step-daughters, Mrs. Arthur Thibeau of Bradley and Mrs. Frank Collins of Waterville, and one step-son Joseph Debion of Bradley; four brothers. Narcisse Moreau of Bradley. Ludger Moreau of Grand Falls, N B , Napoleon and Arsène Moreau of Canada, four sisters Mrs. Louis Berube of Canada, Mrs Henry Pelletier of Green River, N. B., Mrs. Eugene LeClaire, Mrs Ferdinand Beaulieu of Canada; all of whom have the sympathy of friends. The funeral services were held Saturday morning at the St Joseph's church in Old Town.

In the 1900 census Thomas (age 36) was the married head of household in Bosworth Street, Old Town.[5] He was a saw mill laborer
In the 1910 census Thomas (age 46) was the married head of household in Bradley, Penobscot, Maine, United States.[6]
In the 1920 census Thomas (age 55) was the married head of household in Penobscot, Maine, United States.[7]
