Doris Marie Moore was born on 27 July 1894 in Burford, Brant, Ontario, Canada, daughter of Matthias Moore (1866–1915) and Elizabeth Laura Lowe (1869–1934).

When Doris was 26 she married LeeRoy Lowerison Brown on 29 October 1920 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.[1]

Doris died at the age of 64 on 20 February 1959 in Tonopah, Nye, Nevada, United States.[1]

Doris was buried after 20 February 1959 in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Burnaby, Greater Vancouver Regional District, British Columbia, Canada.[2]
