On 19 April 1792, some heirs of Oliver Moody quitclaimed their interest in a property derived from the estate of Oliver Moody to Moses Wheeler, these including Mary's children. Mary's children involved in the transaction were Bulkley Emerson, Jr. Joseph Emerson, Samuel Emerson and Mary Emerson, Martha Emerson, and Elizabeth Emerson single women. (Essex County Deeds, 156:74).
