Liboria Montalbano is born around 1819 in Corleone, the daughter of Giuseppe Montalbano and Giuseppa Meli. In the record of her death, Liboria's mother is called Giuseppa Nieli.
Liboria marries Vincenzo Cascio, a widower, on 6 October 1845. Her parents have both died by this time.
Liboria and Vincenzo's nine known children together are Gaspare (1846), two daughters named Giuseppa (1848 and 1851), Giuseppe (1854), two daughters named Maria Rosa (1856 and c. 1861), Angelo (1859), and twins Rosa and Maria (1860).
Gaspare is born and baptized 16 July 1846, named after his paternal grandfather. His godparents are Domenico Mangiameli and Vincenza Ficara, a married couple.
The first daughter named Giuseppa, after her maternal grandmother, is born and baptized on 25 November 1848. Her godparents are Leoluca Marsalisi and Anna Maria Lanza, a married couple. She is presumed to have died before her sister is born in 1851.
The second daughter named Giuseppa is born and baptized on 9 June 1851. Her godparents are Nunzio Provenzano and Antonina Lanza, a married couple.
Giuseppe is born and baptized Josephum on 16 September 1854, named after his maternal grandfather. His godparents are Calogerus Schillaci and Catharina Ciravolo.
He dies at ten months of age. The record of his death calls him Giuseppa, an infant daughter.
The first daughter named Maria Rosa is born and baptized Mariam Rosam on 30 September 1856. Her godparents are Leoluca Listi and Blasia Mondello, wife of Leoluca Maringo.
Rosa (as she is called in the record of her death) dies on 10 September 1857 at a year of age.
Angelo is born 25 January 1859 at 7AM, and baptized Angelum the following day.
Angelo dies on 14 July at five and a half months of age.
Rosa and Maria are twins born 2 December 1860.
Maria Rosa is born around 1861, based on her age at marriage.
Gaspare dies suddenly, reportedly at age 17 (he is 18) on 21 February 1865. He is unmarried.
The surviving daughter named Giuseppa marries Carmelo Miata on 13 July 1875.
Maria Rosa marries Giuseppe Gebbia 7 November 1885.
Liboria dies at age 73 (b. 1819) on 7 April 1892. Vincenzo survives her.[1]
Maria marries Bartolomeo Jannazzo on 12 May 1896.
Vincenzo dies, reportedly at age 86 (he is 87) on 17 March 1898.
