Biography

Charles was born in 1907 in Caroline County, Virginia. He was the son of Charles Minter and Ida Cecil. On 16 Jun 1928 in Richmond, VA he married Louise Marion Jessie. They settled in Caroline County, VA where they had approx. 6 children (per census records). By 1940 they had moved from Caroline to Chesterfield County, VA where he worked as an auto salesman. This is where he passed away in 1967 at the age of 60 from "sarcoma metastasis infection primarily right shoulder region of the back". He is buried in Maury Cemetery per his death certificate.
