Louisa Mink was born about 1849, apparently in New York. She married George Moore, date and place not yet found.
The 1870 U.S. census and the 1875 New York state census showed her at Greenbush, Rensselaer County, New York, while that latter census showed the surname spelled "More" rather than "Moore". They were shown together in the 1880 U.S. census at Albany, New York.
She died in 1908 at Greenbush, New York and was buried at East Greenbush Cemetery. The tombstone showed her name as "Louisa M. Mink Moore" and the dates 1849-1908. Did the middle initial mean anything?
George and Louisa's daughter, Florence Eleanor Moore, married William B. Schafer. She passed away in 1962 and was buried in Albany Rural Cemetery.[1][2]
