Birth and Parents: Ferrell Blondell Mills was born on 29 April 1932 in Alabama, United States. He was the son of William Robert Mills (1901 - 1988) and Frances Lorena (Curenton) Mills (1901 - 1968).^[1]

Marriage and Family: He was married twice. His first marriage was to Willie Gray Armistead in 1950. She passed away in 2011. He remarried, but his second spouse may still be living, so is not named here. Eight children were named in his obituary, but some of them may have been step-children. He was predeceased by his son, Albert Lee Mills who died in 2007.^[1]

Education: He received his Doctorate from Immanuel Bible College in Sharpsburg, Georgia.^[1]

Career: Dr. Mills pastored churches in Alabama, Florida, and Alaska, He served as president of the Alaska Baptist Convention for two terms.^[1]

Death and Burial: Reverend Doctor Ferrell Blondell Mills passed away on 03 January 2021 in Chatom, Washington County, Alabama at the age of 88. He was buried in Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery, Florala, Covington County, Alabama.^[3]
