Andrew Miller was born in Denmark on November 16, 1870. His family emigrated to the United States when he was two years old.
Andrew married Ava Wing on May 28, 1896.
In 1896, Andrew was elected county attorney for Winnebago County, Iowa, and moved to Forest City, the county seat. In 1898, he was elected maor of Forest City. He was re-elected in 1900.
Andrew moved to Bismarck, North Dakota in 1905, and was elected Attorney General of North Dakota in 1908. He served until January 1915.
In 1921, Andrew was nominated to serve on the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota, and served there until his death.
Andrew died in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on March 17, 1960, and was buried in Lauderdale Memorial Park, Fort Lauderdale.[1]
