Biography

Israel was born in 1839. He was the son of John F. Miller and Lulyan Cofman.

He fought in the Civil War and was promoted to Corporal.

In 1878 he married Florence E Palmer in Indiana. In 1911 he married Martha Trusty in California.

He passed away in 1911 at the age of 72 and is buried in Hollywood Forever, Hollywood, Los Angeles County, California, USA.
