KATE DOWDY Obituary[1]
KATE RAGSDALE DOWDY, 89, of Memphis, died August 31, 2010. Mrs. Dowdy will lie-in-state Thursday, September 9 at Cummings Street Baptist Church, 250 East Raines Rd., from 9-10:55 a.m., with services to follow at 11 a.m. Interment will be in National Cemetery. She leaves her children, Joan (Rev. Glenn) Fouse, Debra (Charles) Stout, Karmen Drake; two sisters, Mallie Weathers and Joyce M. Brooks; two brothers, Saul E. Miller, Sr. and Rev. Richard C.
