James Wayne Miller was born in Leicester, Buncombe County, North Carolina, United States Oct 21, 1936.
In 1940, James Wayne (4), was a single son, in the household of James Woodrow Miller (25) in Leicester Township, Buncombe, North Carolina, United States.[1]
