There are two separate sources for the marriage of William and Mary Ann being for both 29 September 1856 and 29 September 1857 which appear to be for the same couple. A view of the original document would confirm the correct year as one must be an incorrect transcription. This is possibly to do with the changes in the calender [2][3].
