Biography

Marie Octavie was born on 9 Feb 1866 in Saint-Roch-l'Achigan, the daughter of Pierre Meunier and Philomène Lamoureux. She was baptised the next day with Damase Rochon and Lucie Juneau standing as her godparents. Both signed^[1].

On 30 Jun 1884 shoemaker Louis Plante, minor son of François Plante and Odile Cholet from the parish of Sainte-Brigide, married Octavie Meunier, minor daughter of Pierre Meunier and Philomène Lamoureux, in the parish of Sacré-Coeur-de-Jésus, Montreal. Witnessed by both fathers, none signed^[2].
