Charles had a daughter Eugenia Meryon in 1825 in Westminster, Middlesex she is possibly the daughter of Eliza Marshall.

Charles may have had a son Charles Meryin with Pierre-Narcisse Chaspoux in 1821 in Paris, France, but no sources have been found for this Charles.
