Biography
Anna Merendino, daughter of Domenico Merendino and Giuseppa Bordonaro, marries Giovanni Palumbo, unmarried son of the late Giuseppe Palumbo and the living Pietra Maida, on 12 May 1822 in Corleone.[1]
In the 1830s, two of Giovanni's brothers are the leaders of a cattle rustling gang that is brought down by police. Another of his brothers is executed in 1837 as a revolutionary.
