Biography

Lydia was a Friend (Quaker)

Not the daughter of Joshua and Lydia.[1]Moses seems to be the likely father, as both Lydia and Arron are recorded in Quaker meetings together;[2]however, Sarah was young at the time so there is currently a search for confirmation of her as a mother.

The first wife of Issac Hammer, LYDIA MORGAN MENDENHALL , would die on the 20th of March 1795, in New Hope, Greene Co, TN, seven days after giving birth to her youngest son and child,

Youngest child born 20 Jan 1795, so if Mom died 7 days later, wouldn't that be 27 Jan 1795 not 20 Mar 1795?
