Biography
William Terence McQueen was a stunt pilot for a barnstorming flying circus.
According to Greg Laurie, William:[1]
- Was a private in the US Marines from 1927 until 1930
- Stood 5' 10¼" and weighed 160 lbs
- Managed a gas station on Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, from 1930 to 1932
- Was briefly reconciled with Julian and lived with her and Steve in Slater, MO, around 1932 to 1934
- Was listed in the 1951 Long Beach directory lists William as an 'aircraft salesman'
- Died due to 'cirrhosis of the liver'
- Had total assets at his death of $300, comprising six $50 traveler's checks
- With no legal family to claim him at his death he was declared indigent and his body transferred to All Souls Cemetery, Long Beach, which ultimately interred him in an unmarked grave.
