Alexander married Martha Unknown (born about 1700). Their known son was Alexander McPheeters (1727–1798).

Research Notes

In Alexander's will dated 06 Jan 1761, the last name is spelled McFeeters. Came to America before 1747 15 Mar 1755, Augusta County, Virginia 306 1/2 acres in Beverley whereon the North Mountain Meeting House stands; Cap James Lockhart's line.
