Biography

George was born in Ireland about 1811.^[1] He married in Ireland Letitia McMullen about 1832, Martha Jane Graham about 1849,^[2] and Jane Woods in Ontario in 1860.^[3] George passed away in Ontario in 1891^[4] and is buried in Bethany, Ontario.^[5]

• The birth year for George is uncertain. The 1891 Census estimates 1807,^[6] the 1850 Census 1810, the 1871 and 1881^[7] Censuses 1811, and his 1860 marriage and death record 1815.
