Biography
Thomas Henry was born in 1888. He was the son of Sarah and Hugh McGuire [1] He married Pearl Emily McLeod in 1915[2] They divorced in 1920
Pearl Emily McGuire (Mr Ongley) sought a dissolution of her marriage with Thomas Henry McGuire. The grounds for the application, as stated by petitioner in evidence, were desertion and failure to maintain petitioner and the two children of the marriage. ,His Honour granted a decree nisi, which may be made absolute in three months, with costs against respondent on the lowest scale, and petitioner to have the custody of the children.[3]
He married 2nd Clara Elizabeth Hesketh in 1924 [4] He passed away in 1966 age 78 [5]
