I would like to be on your trusted list on the Talley line, starting with Ralph Talley (Talley-321). He is my father-in-law. I've sent a private message but have not heard back for weeks. I am hoping you will see this one. Thanks!
Profile has been flagged as still living but has a death date. Could you please set the death date to certain or uncertain to clear the still living status? Thanks!
If they are correct, then he cannot be the son of the James Taylor who was born about 1642 in England and who died 30 Apr 1698 in King and Queen County, Virginia. The children of this James Taylor (http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Taylor-679) are very well documented, and his son who was named James was born 14 Mar 1675 in New Kent County Virginia by James the elder's first wife, whose name is unknown.
I did some searching for a James Taylor born in Virginia in 1695, and can not find any reference for one. If you have any more information on this James Taylor, I'd be glad to try to help you connect him to the correct parents. ~Fred
I see that you just did the Pre-1700 Self-Certification. That's great! Is there a particular time period, location, or topic you're interested in?
Maybe you have some historically-significant ancestors? Let me know. I can help you figure out if there's a project and introduce you to the project leaders.

Nancy Brown wrote me re: her Thomas connections on her father's side. My Thomas is all on my mom's side. She seemed to think you were on my dad's side, McConnell but I think she may have been mistaken and you are actually on my Thomas side. Let me know who your Thomas relations are and I'll see if I can help you. It seems we Thomases originate and can be traced from about 500-600AD. How cool is that? If you're interested in some of it, let me know.
