Biography

Winifred May (McEvoy) Faithfull was born on 1 May 1868 in Eldorado, Victoria, Australia, daughter of James McEvoy and Winifred (Evans) McEvoy.[1]

Winifred married William Faithfull (1862 - 1930) in 1888 in Victoria.[2] Their son was William Oliver Faithfull (1889 - 1934).

Winifred died on 24 Aug 1941 in Wangaratta, Victoria aged 73,[3] and her remains were interred in the El Dorado Cemetery.[4]

Either the year of birth is incorrect, or the registration of birth was very late.

Winifred was born in 1868 at Eldorado (near Wangaratta), Victoria. She was the daughter of James McEvoy and Winifred Evans.

Marriage

She married William Faithfull 1863–1930 in Victoria in 1888[6].

Children included:

William Oliver Faithfull (1889–1934)

Death

She passed away in 1941 at the age of 73. [7] (est. DOB 1868).

She is interred with her father, siblings & child at El Dorado Cemetery[8].
