Duncan Campbell McDougall was born in 1895 in Bairnsdale, Victoria, Australia, the son of Harriet McDougall (nee Simpson) and Duncan McDougall.[1] He enlisted on December 16, 1915 at the age of 20 and ten months and states that his mother is a widow and his father deceased.
He passed away in 1917 and is buried at Jerusalem.
