Biography
George McClain was born in 1837[1] in Kentucky to Andrew McClain and Elizabeth Price.[2]
According to the 1850 census, George lived with his mother and siblings in Platte County, Missouri.[2]
George married Elizabeth Dailey around 1856.
According to the 1880 census, George lived with Elizabeth and their children, Charles, Chris, Virginia, Jessie, Nora, Clarence, and Harry in Buchanan County, Missouri.[3]
George died in 1894. He is buried in the Turner Cemetery in Wallace, Missouri.[1]
