Biography

Birth and Parents: Rebecca Ann "Beckie" McCauley was born on 26 September 1938 in Coalgate, Coal County, Oklahoma. Her parents were Thomas Lafayette McCauley (1906 - 1976) and Zibbie Faith (Clark) McCauley (1911-2005).^[1][2]

Marriage: Beckie was married to Jessie Alexander Porter. When and where their marriage took place has not been located in records.^[1]

Occupation and Other Activities: At the time of her death Beckie was working as a waitress at a Howard Johnson's. She was of the Southern Baptist faith.^[1]

Death: Rebecca Ann (McCauley) Porter passed away on 04 November 1969 at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. She was 31 years old.^[1] Her death was a result of diabetes mellitus with glomerulosclerosis.^[2] She was buried in Shady Grove Cemetery, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma.^[4]
