    LOUIS W. McCASLIN
    Louis W. McCaslin, 84, died at his home, 1029 E. Third, Albany of a heart attack August 18. He was a retired painter.
    
    Mr. McCaslin was born Aug. 30, 1873 in Malden, Missouri, residing in St. Louis, Mo. and Everett and Bremerton, Wash., before coming here six years ago. Surviving are his wife, Henrietta; a daughter, Mrs. Muriel Schwartz, Detroit, Mich., and two grandsons.
    
    Services were held Wednesday, Aug. 20 at 1:30 p.m. at Fisher Funeral home, Rev. Paul Weaver officiated and burial was in Willamette Memorial park. He was a member of the Baptist church.
    
    In charge of floral arrange-(ments) were Mrs. Ora Sheler and Mrs. Martha Martin. Mrs. Robert Wetzel sang and Mrs. Elmer Clum was organist. Bearers were Ivan Hawley, Charles Gearhart, Nelson Altermatt, Oscar Bylan, Claude Vunk and Claud Donnellan.
