Please check your Suggestions list, Jamie. There are some profiles that need to be changed from closed to open. I'm on their trusted lists, so they're on my Suggestions list, too, but because I'm not the profile manager, I can't change the privacy setting. Thanks, Laurie
Jamie, do you happen to speak any other languages? Would you check out our languages template and add it to your biography? For example you might add
{{ Languages | en | sk-2 }}
to the top of your biography if you speak English natively and intermediate Slovak, or you could use de-4 to specify near-native German or ru-1 for basic Russian, and so forth up to ten languages.
It really helps to know who speaks all the different languages used on WikiTree! If you only speak English, you're very welcome to use this text to make that clear:
There are several other early Tryon's under your management. I'd like to be added to their trusted lists so I can integrate them into the One Name Study. Thank you!
Thank you for putting me on the Trusted list for several of the Tryon records you manage. I invite you to tag your Tryon ancestors (and descendants) with the "Category:Tryon Family in America" - and if interested, to join the Tryon Name Study.
Hi Jamie, thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Self-Certification. Is there a particular time period, location, or topic you're interested in? Maybe you have some historically-significant ancestors? Let me know. I can help you figure out if there's a project and introduce you to the project leaders.
Hi Jamie, It looks like you may have some outstanding merges that you can complete. You can find them by following the link at the top of this page under >Find> Pending merges> Merges awaiting my approval. Thanks for helping with Wikitree! And you may have found a long lost relative.
Stone-3274 has a proposed merge (it is at the bottom of the page on the left). If there is a reason you would prefer not to complete this merge please explain, otherwise please complete the merge. Thank you
