Biography
This profile is part of the Perth, Ontario One Place Study.
Roderick Matheson, born in 1824, was a Perth, Ontario merchant in 1881. He and his wife Letitia had three children living at home: Samuel, William and Letitia.[1] By this time, his son, Roderick A., had presumably left home.[2]
Roderick died in Burgess, Leeds, Ontario, in 1896. At the time of his death, he was a merchant.[3] He was buried at Elmwood Cemetery, Perth, Ontario.[4]
