Actress. Also known as Claudia Martin Murrell Martin Brown Roberts was born March 16, 1944, in Ridley Park, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. One of seven children, she was the daughter of actor and singer Dean Crocetti aka Dean Martin and his first wife Elizabeth McDonald aka Betty. Although she was born in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, she was raised in Southern California,
Martin eventually followed her famous father into the acting business. Her first film role was as an eleven-year-old girl in the 1956 comedy, "Hollywood or Bust." This was followed by other films including, "For Those Who Think Young" (1964), "The Ghost in the Invisible Bikini" (1966), and "Ski Fever" (1966).
She also made guest appearances on the television programs, "My Three Sons", "The Donna Reed Show", and "The Dean Martin Show." In 1984, she worked as a writer on the television series, "Sunshine Factory."
On June 3, 1969 she married actor Kiel Martin born Kiel Mueller in Los Angeles City, Los Angeles County, California. [1] The marriage lasted from 1969 to 1971 and they were blessed with a daughter named Jesse. Kiel died in 1990 and her father passed away in 1995. She later married Jim Roberts and moved to Reno, Nevada, where they opened up a successful printing business.
Claudia Martin Roberts passed away from breast cancer February 16, 2001, in Reno, Washoe County, Nevada, at the age of 56. She was laid to rest in Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Reno, Washoe County, Nevada, United States. [2]
