Biography

Alberto was born about 1815 ^[1] to Antonino Marino and Maria Catanzaro ^[2]. He married Giacoma Puglisi in 1836 when they were both 21 years old ^[3], and they had a good-sized family of at least 11 children. Alberto was still living as of 12 January 1883 ^[4].

Maestro Alberto's marriage record states that he was a carpenter by profession.
