Abraham "Abe" Marco was born in Brombach, People's State of Hesse, Germany, 27 Mar 1859. He is the son of Solomon Marco and Theresa Durenheimer. His siblings were born between 1852 and 1863.

Abe and his family immigrated to the USA in 1864^[1][2], during the American Civil War. His mother either died in Germany before the family emigrated, or she died in the USA before 1880.

Abe lived in Illinois where he was in the CIGAR BUSINESS.
