Biography
John Allen Mankin was born in Scott Arkansas on 8 Aug 1867. He was the son of William Charles Mankin and Piety Francis Hall. [1]
He passed away on 18 Feb 1937 and was buried at Lutie Cemetery in Wilburton, Oklahoma. [2]
