Biography

Leoluca Mancuso is born around 1817 in Corleone.

Leoluca Mancuso, the son of Gaetano Mancuso and the late Giuseppa Crapa, marries Leoluchina Leggio, the daughter of the late Leoluca Leggio and living Rosalia Lisotta, on 20 April 1845 in Corleone.^[1]

Leoluca and his wife, Leoluchina Leggio, have at least two children, Gaetano (1863) and Liboria (c. 1872).

Gaetano is born 11 January 1863 in his parents' home in via della Grazia, Corleone. His birth is reported by his father, Leoluca, age 45 (b. 1817), a villico (farmer). Leoluchina is 38 (b. 1824).

I have estimated Liboria is around 20 years old (b. 1872) when she marries.

Liboria marries at least twice, first to Giuseppe Castro, on 14 February 1892. Her father has died by this time.

Gaetano marries Maria Quaglino on 8 June 1893.

Liboria remarries, to Giovanni Marino, on 27 April 1903. Her mother has died.
