Biography

Johnson Mallory was born in Norfolk, Virginia, about 1766. His parents were Edward Mallory and Rachael Goodwin. He is known to have one sibling, Elizabeth Tabb Mallory. Johnson married Anne Wythe Boush in 1797, and they had four children that are known. According to the papers of E. Valentine, he owned land along Broad Creek in Princess Anne County, Virginia, but for all his census records, he was enumerated in Norfolk, where he died in 1831.
