Biography
Eliz Orin Makin was born on March 31, 1885[1], in Columbia City, Indiana, his father, Anderson Makin, was 30 and his mother, Adaline Mosher, was 25.
In the 1900 census, Elza (age 15), Student, was the single grandson of Jerome Masher in Columbia, Whitley, Indiana. [2]
He married Estella Scott on February 12, 1913[3], in Whitley, Indiana. He had two brothers.
Elzia was in a military record in Ashley, Ind. Their service number was 2448505. [4]
