Biography
"Seán, the 8th son of Teig Meirgeach, who is said to have married a daughter of Lord Muskerry (which Lord Muskerry we are not informed), had two sons:--Donchad (Donogh or Denis) and Sean Og."[1]
Donchad (Donogh or Denis) who is said to have married a daughter of the Lord of Coshmang[1]. [2]Elsewhere S.T. McCarthy names the mother as Honora and says John's parents married around 1630[3].
