By the way - I notice that you are using "Ancestry family trees" as your source on these profiles. As we are a collaborative tree, it would be a great help if you could be a bit more explicit about your sources. For instance: Did these trees show any sources, such as a birth or death certificate? Giving specifics will help others know where the information comes from. Anything would be helpful.

As a reminder, when you are creating or editing profiles for people born before 1700, quality sources need to be added. (I was looking at Alexander Maddox you updated today.) Please take a look back at the Pre-1700 quiz you completed, and you will see the recommendations. Here is a link to it: http://www.wikitree.com/quiz/pre_1700.

hey cuz we need to merge the profiles of our great great grandpappy David Robertson Maddox.Maddox-1221 and Maddox-1188 . i can't do it as i'm not on your trusted list for the profile you made.. yours has to be merged into mine as my Id is the lower number..you can merge them as i added you to my trusted list for all my profiles. we can both has access to his profile .if you come across any discrepancies on profiles i made for our ancestors or if you have more info or relatives to add just edit them, don't make duplicates as they need to be linked together for the wiki tools to work...don't be afraid to edit or add to ancestor profiles made by other members, everyone here appreciates each others contributions..Happy Easter day

to continue below post....roll ur mouse over maddox-897 and below u will see options, click on relationship to me and it will give our exact relation and path to it...u can search other maddox's or Logans and do the same to check relation...u can search and find famous people too, thats how i discovered my relation to charles manson, but its on my grandmother's side...but it wont work until you merge those 2 profiles...also keep clicking on son of on our Maddox grandfathers profiles to move up the list and if u see any mistakes or more to add please do so...they are all my profiles until you get to blackshears grandfather and its someones elses..i need help with our maddox line, hoping u can assist..luv ya cuz
