Orlaith, do you happen to speak any other languages? Would you check out our languages template and add it to your biography? For example you might add

{{ Languages | en | fr-2 | ga-1 }}

to the top of your biography if you speak English natively, intermediate French and basic Irish, or you could use de-4 to specify near-native German or ru-1 for basic Russian, and so forth up to ten languages.

It really helps to know who speaks all the different languages used on WikiTree! If you only speak English, you're very welcome to use this text to make that clear:

Hi, I notice you have a number of profiles that are over 150 years old that are completely private. Wikitree is a collaborative site so doing this is completely against the ethos of wikitree, which is one of openness and collaboration to achieve one big tree. It also hinders the research and progress of other members. By all means have privacy on living people and their deceased parents but with all due respect, most profiles that are over 150 years old should be yellow or green, not red.

hi orlaith, my duffys originated from co monaghan and john duffy was born 1850 (his father was francis duffy born around 183 and when john married looks like his branch moved to donegal
