Woodbridge Lunt[1] was baptised on 6 February 1774 in Newburyport, Essex, (then) Province of Massachusetts Bay, the son of Benjamin and Alice (Cottle) Lunt. He married Marcia Leigh on 6 August 1796, the daughter of Benjamin and Abigail (Pierce) Leigh. Woodbridge was lost at sea in 1806. His widow married, secondly, to Moses Adams on 26 December 1811, the son of Richard and Ruth (Palmer) Adams. Children born Newbury.:
