Biography

Albert was born in Brandenberg, the former Prussia and he migrated to South Australia aboard the 'Esther' in 1876 with his parents and younger brother. He married Florence Eliza Smith on 16/05/1900 at the Wesleyan Methodist Church in Norwood, South Australia. As a widow he married Mabel May White in Adelaide on 28/04/1915 at the Maughan Church in Adelaide, South Australia. His last place of residence was on Ormsby Road in Athelstone, South Australia He died at a private hospital in Payneham, South Australia. He was buried in Athelstone Independent Cemetery.
