Biography
John, son of Robert Lockie and Euphemia Moir, was born October 6th 1911 in Vernon, British Columbia. John became a B.C. Police Constable and continued with the provincial police all his life. John Lockie and Dorothy Grace Sutton were married August 1st 1938 by license in Vancouver. [1] He died July 21st 1984 in the Royal Jubilee Hospital, Victoria. [2]
